2 - 3 weeks
1. CONSULTATION & DESIGN PHASE
- Initial consultation with client to understand their needs. - Provide client detailed quote with scope of work and pricing - Creation of customized ADU design options based on client's requirements.
4 - 8weeks
2. PERMITTING PROCESS
- Explanation of obtaining necessary permits for the ADU construction. - Overview of the regulatory and zoning requirements involved. - Submit drawing document package to jurisdiction to obtain building permit
16 - 24 weeks
3. CONSTRUCTION PHASE
-- Provide Finish Materials options and 3D Renderings - Detailed insights into the construction timeline and milestones. - Execute works on the stamped plan in arcordance with building codes and safety standards - Pass city building inspections
1 week
4. COMPLETION & HANDOVER
- Final walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction. - Handover of completed ADU along with any necessary documentation.
